Auto Credit Refund

Credits are automatically refunded when image generation fails due to a system error on our side.

Successfully used credits for completed image generations are non-refundable.

Automatic Credit Refunds

Our system automatically refunds your credits in the following situations — you don't need to contact us:

✅ Credit refunds happen instantly and automatically. Check your credit balance on the dashboard if a generation fails.

Subscription Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our subscription plans, the following policy applies:

âš ī¸ Credits do not carry over to the next subscription period. Unused credits expire at the end of the 30-day cycle.

Payment Dispute Process

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or did not receive your credits, follow these steps:

Log in and verify your credit balance and transaction history on the Add Funds page.

Wait 10 Minutes

Payment processing occasionally takes a few minutes. Refresh your dashboard after waiting.

Contact Support

Email us at support@thezainify.com with your Transaction ID, payment screenshot, and account email.

Resolution

We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution or credit adjustment.

Exceptional Circumstances

The following exceptional cases may qualify for a partial or full refund at our discretion:
